Today

I haven't written in LJ for a vey long time. It's odd. Hello. I know actually it's been about 2 weeks but you know... with everything goign on it's hard to know what to say. I want to finish our great big hoiday story but didn't want to with everything going on with Ari's Nonna. That was a shit time compounded with the fact that I got really sick on the day of the funeral (making driving Ari and her Dad home afterwards a barrel of fun for everyone. Kind like Alton Towers) and then 2 days later hitting my head VERY hard on a lump of granite. I went to the hospital when I was still in massive amoutn of pain 3 days later and they did a CAT scan and it turns out I'm fine (according to my mother I have a very thick skull and she should know, she gave birth to it(her words not mine)) It still kinda hurts though.

Wierdness. That's my summation of the current time. We're both very homesick just now and feel sort of static. In limbo.
