House passed the survey! I’m so glad they didn’t say anything about the massive bulge in the kitchen where the ceiling looks like it’s gonna give way any minute.

And they knew it was there ‘cos Ari spoke to them about it, so no bad karma or anything!

Ha ha! All we need now is the mortgage.

(And more boxes if anyone has any spare, I know we’re competing with Andy and Ed though)
