Salary Range: £12,650 - £14,691 (Pay Band A)

Applications are invited for the above posts within Horticulture Division’s Visitor Services Team.

You will work on rotational shift pattern, working 37 hours per week. Your normal hours of attendance will be agreed in line with Garden Opening Hours. Previous relevant experience is desirable but training will be provided. We would expect to appoint on the band minimum of the salary range.

Irony

Just had a conversation with my boss, and because I am very foreign and they are Civil Service, they are going to employ me until the end of October. They want me back after I'm married and am able to legally work again and they're looking into whether or not they are able to have me as a volunteer. But they might not even be able to do that. I thought maybe they'd be able to take it up till February, but apparently that's a no go. So the ranger positions I just posted - one of those vacancies is mine.
