I find slashing their faces with a scerwdriver normally does the trick. Or, making them eat their own shit.
I'm great with hecklers.
PS: I was really proud...got heckled the other day in Glasgow (not a bad one) and I got a huge round of applause and free beer for my comeback. Sian 'tongue of steel' Bevan.
