Our car had died. If anyone has a private driveway and wants to declare SORN and keep him for future fixing or messing around with, they can have him, but need to do this asap.

PS: Yes I know we could get 30 quid for scrap. You can also get money for cat tails.

I know. I am full of sadness. We weighed up the pros and cons of repairing him, and realised that we need the 300 quid plus god knows how much else plus 40 quid a month insurance for other stuff!

However, I've had about 10 replies on Freecycle, one of which wants Boris to go and live on a farm with a minivan called Bertha. I'm holding out for that one really x
