lizzie_and_ariWhy is there all this squiggly writing all over my journal? It is very pretty, and girly. I feel like this lends whatever I say a wonderful, flowery poetic quality.
I went the the dentist and she frowned at me for not flossing and then she pinned me back in my chair, stuffed my moth full of metal and rubber, and used her drill on me until I was a bit scared and there was bits of stuff flying everywhere. We were all wearing protective goggles. When she'd finished with me, I had no more brown spots on my teeth, and protective cement stuff on my molars, which feels unbearably chalky. These are the teeth I have to chew with now. It is like I have been given a different jaw, one I didn't ask for, but which was, according to the dental hygienist, completely necessary.
Last night, when drunk, I remembered that I know all the words to the Jabberwock, and recited it. Lizzie was very frightened.
Naomi, we recieved you present. We keep forgetting to tell you. We got it, we loved it, we ate it. You rock. I'm glad you're having fun in London. Poor Marc sounds like he's having a bit of a rough time though. It must be very difficult for him, trying to have a relationship and start a well paid career at the same time. You will end up in the same place sooner or later. You'll be ok. Just remember that so long as you're at least on the same land mass, it's not so bad.
Received text from Georgie! We were both very excited. Love you Georgie. Really miss you. Bored with Australia, would like to come home now.

Did the dentist's latex-clad fingers feel all squishy and cool against your molars? I... have a thing. I actually quite like going to the dentist. Their fingers taste nice.

I'm glad you got the present. Sorry, paranoid. Sent presents to Africa a fair bit and half of them go missing.
A dentist fetish? Queer. But not the weirdest I guess. Marc's cousin just sent me a Midlands fetish magazine. Just contemplating it is slightly scary and this is me talking!! You might just like sensations in your mouth.. ok going to stop thinking about this now la la la (sorry Georgie) ;-p
It was my birthday on friday - yay! Got lots of lovely presents - including a gorgeous, beautiful crushed red silk kingsize duvet cover. Which me and Marc had much fun on.... I had a big party on saturday - lots of food and drunkeness. We went clubing in a very essex club - it was over 25s so we all had the thrill of being underage again as well as being the youngest in the club. Lots of grannies shaking their arses and getting shit faced. Marc said it was just like seeing his mum 10 years in the future. It was great just to go dancing again - i think the last time I did properly dance was with you Lizzie, at Marc's birthday. We then got back to my house and continued our revelry, with my dad very drunkenly joining. Managed to cram 15 people into the house to sleep (I'd set up beds every place I could). Much fun had by all but now feeling completely washed out. Want to sleep for weeks but unfortunately I'm now a working woman :-(
Congradulations Georgie! So proud of you. I'm up in Edinburgh the weekend of the 17th feb. Fancy meetin up?
Whats the Jabberwock?? Please, share it with the world via the forum of live journal so I too can chant it late at night (and wake up the neighbours hehehe)
Marc is much better but I ended up crying my eyes out once he left. You're right, I'm on the same landmass as him.
